Priscilla Angela Dupuis, 98, of Manchester, NH, passed away at Maple Leaf Health Care Center on November 2, 2021. Born in Hereford, Quebec, Canada, on November 7, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Vesina and Alma (Benoit) Dube. She was married to the late Wilfred Paul Dupuis.
Priscilla was raised in Canada and later moved to the United States, living in the Manchester area for the past 60 years. She was a devoted homemaker and also helped nanny for other families over the years. Priscilla was a devoted Catholic who was a parishioner at Sacred Heart Church and a member of the Casmatics prayer group. Above all else, Priscilla was the beloved matriarch of her family who will be missed by all who were blessed to know her.
Priscilla is survived by her children, Helen Dame of Bedford, Claude Dupuis and his wife Cheryl of Canterbury, Dianne Fillion and her husband Paul of Wentworth, and Lise Beaudoin and her husband Reginald of Weare; her daughter-in-law, Sharon Dupuis of Claremont; her brothers, Raymond, Normand and Dollard Dube; her sisters, Aurore Fournier, Rose Dube, and Theresa Chaloux; 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, Priscilla was predeceased by her son, Maurice Dupuis; her brothers, Ovila, Oliva, Honore, Andre, Richard and Pierre Dube; and a sister, Venoria Tremblay.
Priscilla’s visitation will be from 2-5PM on Sunday, November 7th at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Ave, Manchester. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10AM on Monday, November 8th at Sacred Heart Church, 265 South Main Street, Manchester. Burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
