Ralph Peter Madsen

Ralph Peter Madsen, 86, of New Boston died on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the Catholic Medical Center, in Manchester.
Mr. Madsen was born on April 8, 1932, in Boston, MA, the son of the late Arthur C. and Greta (Peterson) Madsen. He was a longtime resident of Hollis, NH.
He was a veteran and served in the United States Army.
Prior to his retirement, Mr. Madsen was employed as the national sales manager for Nalge Sybron Corporation.
He loved being surrounded by family and his dogs. His hobbies included photography, hunting, fishing, shooting, and the great outdoors and he always enjoyed a good glass of wine.
Members of his family include; one son, Mark P. Madsen and his wife Linda, one daughter, Kristi Chisholm and her husband, Russell, 6 grandchildren, Peter Madsen, the late Craig Madsen, Jessica Parsons, Heather MacNeil, Cpt. Scott Chisholm, Shannon Chisholm, 3 great grandchildren, Macy Parsons, Emma Parsons, Freya MacNeil, nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Madsen was predeceased by his wife, Barbara L. Larson.
SERVIES: A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018, from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street, in Manchester. A memorial gathering will also be held on Saturday, April 28, from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the funeral home with a service to be held in the chapel at 11:00 AM.
