Ralph Paglierani, 93 of Hooksett, passed away peacefully on June 11, 2023 at the Elliot Hospital after succumbing to Lung Cancer.
He was born in Manchester on March 3, 1930, to the late Adolf and Raffaela (Coviello) Paglierani. He graduated from Manchester Central High School in 1949. Ralph was a United States Army veteran during the Korean Conflict where he served as a Antiaircraft-gun technician from 1951 to 1953. He served honorably, achieving the rank of Corporal. He began his working career of 10 years with the Fuller Brush Co. from 1955 to 1965. Ralph was then employed by the US Post Office in Manchester as a letter carrier from 1965 until his retirement in 1990. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. Ralph was a devoted father, grandfather and husband to his wife, Voula Paglierani for 68 years until her passing in March, 2023.
Ralph is survived by his beloved three children; Lynne Morancy and her husband Tom, Susan Clark and her husband Mark, and Steven Paglierani and his wife Kelly; five grandchildren that proudly called him “Papa”; Michael Morancy and his wife Christina and his stepson Brock, Shannon Clark, Mia and Kaden Paglierani and his step granddaughter Haley Riccio-Gray andher husband Zane; his brother Joe Paglierani. He leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover St., Manchester on Friday from 11 to noon with a funeral service to follow at noon in the funeral home.
