Raymond W. Biron Manchester, NH Age 73 of Manchester, died Saturday February 11th at Maple Leaf Nursing Home in Manchester. He was born on June 29, 1932 in Manchester, the son of Wilfred N. and Marie-Flore (Gagnon) Biron. A longtime resident of Manchester, he was also a resident of Goffstown for 20 years. He had attended St. Theresas School and Central High School in Manchester. He served his county in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, and was honorably discharged. He was self-employed, and had owned Birons Asphalt & Oil Company in Goffstown for over 20 years. He had also worked for 12 years as a truck driver for B & M Fence in Windham. He was a volunteer fireman for the Goffstown Fire Department for over 15 years. He enjoyed waterskiing on the Piscatagua River. He loved playing cards, horseshoes and especially enjoyed family gatherings. He was very proud of his large family, especially his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his son Daniel R. Biron and his wife Judith of Pittsfield. 4 brothers; Wilfrid A., Victor M., Bertrand W. all of Manchester, and Ronald A. of Goffstown. 2 sisters; Viola M. Dussault and Yvette Savoie, both of Manchester. In His Life: He is survived by his 2 grandsons: Jeremy S. Biron of Tewksbury, MA and Matthew A. Biron of Westford, MA. He was pre-deceased by his son David G. Biron in 1994 and his brother Adrien F. Biron. He is also survived by 15 nephews, 11 nieces, 46 great nieces & nephews, 15 great-great-nieces & nephews and many cousins.
