Raymond A. Gagnon, 72, of Manchester, died June 1, 2003 at Hackett Hill Healthcare Center. He was born in Manchester on September 16, 1930, the son of Albert A. and Regina (Mannion) Gagnon and had been a lifelong resident of the City. He was a graduate of Hesser Business College with a degree in Accounting. He had worked for 38 years for the New Hampshire Insurance Group. He loved music and enjoyed collecting clocks. Family members include two sisters, Mrs. William (Barbara) Champagne of Nashua and Mrs. Roger (Gail) Giroux of Salem; six nephews, one niece, one uncle and two aunts and several cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Wednesday from 4 to 7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 10:00 in St. Peter Church, Auburn, with the Rev Richard Giroux, brother-in-law of Mr. Gagnon, officiating.
