Regina Helie

Regina (Boucher) Helie, 80, of 197 Sewall Street, died October 25, 2001 at Maple Leaf Health Care Center. She was born in Manchester on September 9, 1921, the daughter of Hormidas and Lydia (Boucher) Boucher and had been a lifelong resident of the City. She was worked for over ten years at Modutec and was a long-time parishioner of St. Theresa Church. She was a member of AARP. Family memebers include her husband of 53 years, George Helie; a daughter, Theresa Boisvert of Manchester; three sons, Albert Helie and Robert Helie, both of Manchester and Roger Helie of Litchfield; ten grandchildren; a sister, Sr. Noella Boucher, PM of Methuen, MA; and several nephews, nieces and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Friday from 6 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday morning at 10:00 in St. Theresa Church. Burial will follow in St. Augustin Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Precious Blood Monastery, 700 Bridge Street, Manchester, NH 03104.
