Rene A. Lyonnais Manchester, NH Age 80 of Manchester, died Monday December 19th at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, following a brief illness. He was born in Dixville, in the Province of Quebec, Canada on November 7, 1925 the Son of Louis and Marie (Desmarais) Lyonnais. He was raised and educated in Canada. Rene moved to Manchester with his family in 1960 and has been a resident of the city since then. He was employed as a laborer for Henry E. Bourbeau Construction Company of Manchester for almost thirty years. He will be remembered as a loving family man, who always worked hard to make a better life for his family. He was an avid sports enthusiast, who loved the Boston Bruins and the Green Bay Packers. He is survived by three Daughters; Michelle Lyonnais of Canada, Claudine Lyonnais of Manchester, Kathy Theriault and her husband Marc of Manchester. Two Sons; Daniel Lyonnais and his wife Lois of Manchester and Marc Lyonnais and his wife Maria of Bradford, MA. Five Grandchildren, Ten Great-Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive him. In His Life: Rene is also survived by his loving companion Nancy Theos of Manchester. There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday December 22nd at 11:00AM at St. Marie Parish in Manchester. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Manchester.
