Rene Paradis, 77, of 239 Ash Street, Manchester, NH died at his home April 25, 2002. He was born in Manchester, NH on April 4, 1924, the son of Pamphile and Yvonne (Groleau) Paradis and had been a resident of Manchester for most of his life. He was a W.W. II Navy Veteran and also served during the Korean Conflict. Rene worked 40 years for Anchor Electric. He is the widower of his first wife; Irene (Provencher) Paradis and his second wife; Yvette (Cote) Paradis who died in 1997. Family members include his daugher Mrs. J. David (Caroline) Mullen of Hudson Falls, New York, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, two sisters, Sister St. Therese Hudson Paradis and Sister Emilinne Paradis, both Sisters of the Presentation of Mary in Canada, his loving companion, Violet Francoeur of manchester, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: There will be no calling hours. Relatives and friends are welcomed to a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated for Mr. Paradis on Saturday morning, May 4, 2002, at 11 o'clock in St. Catherine Church. Urn burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
