Raymond “Ray” Hahn, 98, of Campton, NH went home to Jesus on April 11, 2024. Ray was born in Du Quoin, IL to Earl & Hazel. He was preceded in death by his first wife Emily of 18 years and his second wife Irene of 39 years; along with two brothers, Millard and Gene; three sisters, Anna, June, and Carroll; and his grandson Cameron Robinson. Ray is survived by his daughter, Nancy and her husband, Steve; his stepdaughter, Lois and her partner, Ed; his sister, Wanda; grandchildren, Connie, Caleb, Ashley, Cameron’s wife, Samantha, and Lyn; as well as great grandchildren. Ray leaves behind a legacy of caring for others that he would call “spiritual daughters & granddaughters” as well. He was a son, a brother, nephew, husband, father, pastor, veteran, teacher, mentor, and a friend to all who had the privilege to be in his life. Rest in peace, Ray. Until we meet again.
The family will receive visitors Wednesday, April 24th 9:00-10:00am at Campton Congregational Church, 495 New Hampshire Route 175 in Campton. Funeral service will begin at 10:00am with reception to follow immediately. Ray will then be laid to rest with military honors at 2:00pm at New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway in Boscawen.
