Rex G. Snow

REX G. SNOW MANCHESTER – Rex G. Snow, 63, died Thursday, September 28, 2006, at the V.A. Hospital, in Manchester. He was born January 17, 1943, the son of the late King and Geraldine (Paquette) Snow. Mr. Snow was a life long resident of Manchester. He was employed at Disogrin Industries where he worked in operations. He then owned and operated his own business named Annex Canvas Shop. He was a veteran, having served in the United States Army. He taught religious education at St. Edmond Church and St. Pius X. He was an active member of AMVETS and volunteered at the Manchester VA Hospital. Mr. Snow was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing. Family members include his wife of 40 years, Therese (Blanchette) Snow, of Manchester; 2 daughters, Christine Lemay, of Manchester; Kimberley Snow, also of Manchester; 3 grandchildren; 5 sisters, Rexene Lacondrata, of Manchester; Bonny Hanlin, of California; Garolyn Snow, of Manchester; Karen Hansberry, of Mancheser; Rhonda Barber, of Manchester; nieces, nephews and aunts. Calling hours will be Sunday, from 5 – 9 P.M. at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union Street, in Manchester. A funeral service will be held Monday at 10 A.M. in the funeral home. The Reverend Douglas Rickard, minister of First Presbyterian Church, will officiate the service. Committal services and enichement will be held Wednesday, October 4, at 11:30 A.M. at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, in Boscawen. Arrangements are under the direction of The Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, in Manchester. Memorial donations may be made to VA Hospital, Paliative Care Unit, 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH 03104, in memory of Mr. Rex G. Snow.
