Richard L. Alberti, 70 of Bedford, NH and Fort Lauderdale Florida passed away on September 30, 2014 at Catholic Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. Richard was born on August 16, 1944 in Boston, son of the late Nicholas and Beryl (Sawyer) Alberti.
Richard loved to travel, especially to the beaches in Florida. He also enjoyed swimming and playing games with his grandchildren. Above all, his time with his family was what he enjoyed most.
Richard's love for his daughters was a great source of love and strength in his life. From their birth to his death, he was the most dedicated father. He made countless sacrifices in his life, so that the lives of his girls would be full of wonder and joy, and took great pride watching the tenderness and warmth he'd shown his children passed to his grandchildren. His legacy of love and passion for life will live eternally in all of those that knew him.
Beloved husband of Diane A. (Salvi) Alberti with whom he shared 44 years of marriage, and countless adventures and laughter. Loving father of Teresa M. Avampato and her husband Thomas of Bedford, and Tricia D. Crupi and her husband Mark of Atlanta, Georgia. Devoted grandfather of Sarah and Samantha Avampato, and Abigail and Maxwell Crupi. Dear brother of Leslie Alberti of Georgia.
SERVICES: Family and friends will honor and remember Richard's life by gathering on Friday, October 3rd from 10:00 â 11:00 AM at the Phaneuf Funeral Home & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street (corner of Union St.) Manchester. A private memorial service will be held later.
