Richard V. "Dick" Heroux, 59, of Goffstown, passed away on April 28, 2012 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack.
He was born in Manchester on December 29, 1952, the son of Robert and Lorraine (Deschenes) Heroux and had been a lifelong resident of the Manchester and Goffstown area. He was a Vietnam War Army Veteran. He owned and operated Dick Heroux Plumbing and Heating. He enjoyed boating, the outdoors, landscaping and riding his motorcycle.
Family members include his wife of 37 years, Annette (Poulin) Heroux; his mother of Manchester; a brother, Robert Heroux of Pittsfield; and several nephews, nieces and cousins.
Calling hours will take place at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover St., on Monday from 5 to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday morning at 10:00 in Ste. Marie Church. Committal services will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery mausoleum.
