Richard A. Philibert, Jr.

Richard A. Philibert, Jr., 51, of Manchester, passed away on May 23, 2022.

He was born in Manchester on June 7, 1971, the son of Richard A. and Marie (Nunes) Philibert, Sr., and had been a lifelong resident of the city. He owned and operated Extreme Roofing and had also been employed by Skyline Roofing as a foreman. He was passionate about fishing and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He loved spending time with family and friends. He was predeceased by his mother in 2020.

Family members include his son, Rick Pelczarski of Grafton; his daughter, Lila Philibert of AZ; his father and stepmother, Richard and Elizabeth Philibert Sr., of Manchester; a sister, Lorraine “Lorri” Guest of Manchester; two nephews, Ryan and Dylan Butler; a great nephew, Austin Myers, and uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Funeral services were private. Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Manchester, was in charge of arrangements.
