Ricky M. Morrissey, Jr

Ricky M. Morrissey, Jr., 27, of Manchester, died on Monday, May 16, 2016 at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester. He was born on September 1, 1988, son of Linda Durant and husband Jeff and Ricky M. Morrissey, Sr.

Ricky was a "Gentle Giant" who was full of life with a great sense of humor, always joking and teasing those close to him. Above all he was a wonderful father to his son, Cameron. In his free time he enjoyed sports, especially football and the Patriots, as well as playing poker at Foxwoods.

Along with his mother and step-father, Linda and Jeff Durant; father, Ricky; and son, Cameron, he is survived by his spouse of 12 years, Kaleigh Tower; his sister, Shelley Morrissey; both Durrant and Morrissey Grandparents; several nieces, nephews, extended family including the Jubrey family, and many friends.

SERVICES: Visitation Hours will be Thursday, May 19 from 4-7pm at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Ave in Manchester. A Funeral Service will be held Friday morning, May 20, 10am, at the Funeral Home. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
