Rita D. Chavanelle

Rita D. Chavanelle, 84, of Bedford, NH, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at the Community Hospice House, in Merrimack, NH.

Mrs. Chavanelle was born on June 2, 1940, in Goffstown, NH, the daughter of the late Roger and Loretta (Boisvert) Girard.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

She leaves behind a loving family including; her son, Thomas Chavanelle and his wife, Christine Johnson; a daughter, Lou Ann Kelly and her husband, Steven Kelly; a granddaughter, Heather Kelly; two brothers, Ronald and Danny Girard; four sisters, Joan Berthiaume, Lorraine Vincent, Elaine Kastrinos, Connie Bissonnette, sister-in-law, Lorraine Richards of Largo, Florida, many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest Chavanelle.

SERVICES: Services will be private.

It has been suggested that those who wish, may make memorial contributions to the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH, in memory of Mrs. Chavanelle.
