Rita L. Demers

Rita L. Demers, 63, of Somersworth, NH died October 18, 2007 at Dover Rehab in Dover following a long battle with cancer. She was born on June 16, 1944 in Manchester, NH the daughter of Alphonse and Alma (Bennett) Carrigan. She was a resident of Somersworth for many years. She had worked at RCA Electronics in Manchester for many years. Rita enjoyed baseball and the Red Sox. She enjoyed New England and especially Pittsburg, NH where she loved to go fishing. She also loved cats. She is survived by her 3 sons, Chris Paradie of Rochester, NH, Robert Paradis Jr. of Manchester and Bryan Paradie of Naples, FL; daughter, Michelle Gale of Hooksett, sister, Laurette Moul of Weare; 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Her Visitation will be held on Monday from 10:00AM to Noon at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St, Manchester with her Funeral Service at Noon. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
