Rita Marie Gagne

Rita Marie (Boulet) Gagne, 81, formerly of 24 Highland Street, Hooksett, died June 3, 2002 at the Merrimack County Nursing Home in Boscawen. She was born in Allenstown on January 25, 1921, the daughter of Alfred and Laura (Russell) Boulet and had been a lifelong resident of the area. Earlier in her career, she had worked for the Suncook Mill. She was the widow of Albert Gagne who died in 2000. Family members include her son, Lester Leo Gagne of Epsom; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Lena Lavallee of Manchester; and several nephews, nieces and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Friday morning at 10:00 in the funeral home chapel. Burial will take place at St. John the Baptist Cemetery in Suncook.
