Rita MacEachern

Rita MacEachern, age 97, passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021. She was born on July 12, 1923 in Manchester, NH, the daughter of the late, Joseph N. and Yvonne B. (Henderson) Dubois.

Rita worked for 30 years in the historical Pandora Sweater Factory in the Mill Yards of Manchester. She specialized in various textile manufacturing techniques such as knitting and sewing.

Rita's family meant the world to her. She loved going out to eat with each of her children and grandchildren, and she looked forward to her annual trips down to Florida to visit her daughter. Her specialty was homecooked special meals, especially brown potatoes.

Rita was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. MacEachern, her daughter Paulette Estey and her brothers, Lionel, Fred, Albert, Armand and Rene Dubois.

Rita is survived by her sons and their spouses, Donald Carette and his wife Joanne of Northwood and Lionel MacEachern and his wife Diane of Hooksett and her daughter, Pauline and her husband Bruce Elliott of Hooksett. Rita also leaves behind 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren with a number more on the way, as well as many other extended family members and dear friends.

Services: Rita will be put to rest with her late husband at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Manchester, NH. All services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family
