Rita P. Roux

Rita Roux, age 91, passed away peacefully on September 19 2021, after a long battle with Alzheimers disease.

She was born in Manchester NH, daughter of the late Lionel and Stella (Duquette) Roux and was also predeceased by her sister Irene (Roux) Boisvert of Manchester NH.

Rita worked in a shoe factory Dorson-Fleischer Inc in Manchester NH for part of her life followed by many years at GE Aviation in Hooksett NH.

Rita loved her family and friends, animals, motorcycles, music, dancing, and the beach. She loved and lived life to its fullest and loved to make others laugh and smile. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

She is survived a brother Robert Roux and wife Jackie of Manchester, NH; three nieces, Carol Vigneault and husband Paul of Manchester, NH, Debbie Lizotte of Weare, NH, and Claire Dugrenier of Goffstown, NH; a nephew Marc Roux of Manchester, NH; two great nephews, Kenny Benoit of Litchfield, NH and Devon Lizotte of Manchester, NH; a great niece, Danielle Porter and husband Chris of Huntsville, AL and also several grandnieces and grandnephews.

Please join us in celebrating her life on Friday September 24, 2021 at 11am at Mount Calvary Cemetery for a graveside service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association in her honor at https://act.alz.org/donate
