ROBERT S. BLOWEY

LANDAFF  Robert S. Blowey passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2003, after a short battle with cancer.

Robert was born on February 26, 1930, a son to Thomas and Flora (Gelinas) Blowey, in Groton, MA.

Her served 6 years in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant First Class and was stationed in Germany. Robert worked as a foreman for E. A. Comeau in Concord, MA.

Robert leaves behind a beloved wife of 50 years, Theo Blowey; his son, Thomas and his wife, Mary Blowey of Landaff, NH; three daughters, Beverly and her husband, Chris Colby of Ware, MA; Pam and her husband, Jim LaGrassa of Ashburnham, MA; Mary and her husband, Joe Pancini of Framingham, MA; a brother, Norman and his wife, Ellen Blowey of West Newbury, VT; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

SERVICES  The family will receive friends and relatives on Monday evening, August 11th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Pillsbury Funeral Home, 77 South Main Street, Lisbon, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, August 12th at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Lisbon with Rev. Fr. Daniel Sinibaldi as Celebrant. Burial will follow in the Landaff Center Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Town of Landaff, in memory of Bob Blowey, P. O. Box 125, Landaff, NH 03585, Attn: Donna J. Bronson. Donations will be used to purchase a park bench for the Town Hall.
