Robert B. Connor, 81, of 86 Porter Street, Manchester, died May 16, 2004 at the Elliot Hospital. He was born in St. Albins, VT on October 28, 1922, the son of James and Mertie (Bradley) Connor and had lived in Wilton for many years before moving to Manchester five years ago. He had been a dairy farmer for many years and had also worked for Souhegan Wood Products until his retirement. He was predeceased by a son, James Connor in 2000. In his later years, he enjoyed spending time with his feline companion, Buster and was proud of his two grandsons. Family members include a son, Bradley Connor of Weare; two daughters, Rose Connor of Manchester and Katrinka Libby of Weatherford, TX; two grandchildren; and nephews, nieces and cousins. A memorial gathering will take place on Thursday June 24th from noon to 1:00 PM at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester with a memorial service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 PM.
