Robert William Dow

Robert William Dow, 50, of 297 Central Street, died January 19, 2003, at the Elliot Hospital. He was born in Saco, Maine on June 15, 1952, the son of the late Reginald and Laura (Wallingford) Dow, Sr., and moved to Manchester from Connecticut 17 years ago. Robert was a mechanic for Keller Products, He was a an Army Veteran and was a member of the American Legion Sweeney Post # 2. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and loved fishing and car racing. Family members include his wife of 21 years, Cheryl (Heibel) Dow, two daughters, Kelly Lopez and Crystal Dow, all of Manchester, two grandchildren, two brothers; Reginald Dow, Jr. Of Jewett City, Connecticut and Jack Dow of Moosup, Connecticut, a sister, Brenda Tetreault of Sterling, Connecticut, many nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Relatives and friends may call at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Wednesday evening from 6 to 9 o'clock.
