Robert L. Leclerc, age 79, of Franklin died on July 11, 2021. He was born August 24, 1941 to the late Ovila and Jeanette (Leahy) Leclerc in Franklin NH. He was a graduate of Tilton School, UNH, and Columbia University. Bob was employed in the field of mental health for 38 years working in both public and private agencies, and was a consultant to the NH Suicide Research Project.

Bob enjoyed life and was happiest spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren and friends during summers at the family camp on Webster Lake in Franklin NH. Bob was an avid reader and movie buff. He enjoyed traveling, kayaking, tennis, music, and going to the theatre and art museums. He always maintained his childhood sense of curiosity and enjoyed experiencing new places and adventures.

He is survived by his beloved wife Teresa (Peterson) and three daughters and their husbands, Leah and Bruce Blazon of Concord NH, Caitlin Leclerc and Alex Matheson of Martinsville NJ, and Jessica and Mark Bishop of Newburyport MA, seven cherished grandchildren, Maxwell and Benjamin Blazon, Noah and Samuel Matheson, Tate, Keane and Josephine Bishop, cousins, nieces and nephews. Bob was predeceased by his brother Ronald O. Leclerc.
Per his request, there are no calling hours or services. A private celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.
