Robert L. Lessard

Mr. Robert L. Lessard, 67, of Hooksett died unexpectedly September 7, 2010 at his home in Hooksett. He was born on September 23, 1942 in Manchester, NH the son of the late Lionel and Alice (Adams) Lessard. He was raised and educated in Manchester. Robert was a lifelong resident of the Manchester area. Mr. Lessard retired from Velcro. Previously he had worked in the local shoe companies. Bob enjoyed racing cars in his younger years and continued to follow the sport. He liked playing pool. Above all he loved spending time with his family and treating his grandchildren to ice cream, especially frappes. He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Linda (Corliss) Lessard of Hooksett; son, Robert Lessard of Las Vegas, NV; daughter, Linda Lee Kincherlow of Las Vegas, NV; step son, Robert Richard of Hooksett; step daughter, Diane Partridge of Deerfield; six grandchildren; two brothers, Ronald Lessard of Nashua and John Lessard of Manchester; sister, Madeline Rattigan of Florida and several nieces and nephews. His Memorial Gathering will be held at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St, Manchester on Friday from 4:00 to 5:00PM. His service will follow in the Funeral Home Chapel at 5:00PM.
