Robert S. Stiefel

Robert Stiefel, 45, of Manchester died at his home on December 20, 2002 following a lengthy illness. He was born in New Jersey on December 3, 1957, the son of Herbert E. Stiefel and Barbara S. Stiefel. He was raised in Cranford, NJ and graduated from Cranford High School and Baldwin-Wallace University, Berea, Ohio. Robert was a senior systems analyst for Fidelity Investments, Merrimack, NH and worked previously for Chubb Insurance Co., Concord, NH and also NH Insurance in Manchester, NH. He was a dedicated and loving father as well as as avid sports fan and played softball for Normandeau Associates. Family members include his wife, Diane Stiefel, a daughter Amie Stiefel, both of Manchester, his father and step mother Virginia Stiefel of Avon, NJ, his mother of Cranford, NJ, two sisters, Karin Stiefel of Upper Black Eddy, PA and Kathy Delisi of Randolph, NH, three nieces and many caring friends. A Memorial Service will be held at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium Chapel on Sunday evening from 5 to 6 with the service immediately following at 6 o'clock.
