OBITUARY NOTICE ROBERT J. SULLIVAN DEERING – Robert "Sully" J. Sullivan, 52, died peacefully on Monday, June 22, 2009, surrounded by family and friends. Mr. Sullivan was born on July 12, 1956, in Manhattan, NY, the son of the late George J. and Catherine (Moran) Sullivan. He was employed as an equipment operator, for the town of Merrimack for over 20 years. In his free time, Mr. Sullivan enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He liked fishing, being outdoors and enjoying life. Members of his family include; his children, Robert and Crystal Sullivan, his brother and sisters, Georgie, Eddie, Johnny, Cathy Solivan, Margaret, Linda Gilliard, Jimmy "MoonChild", Eileen Wolfson and their families, numerous nieces and nephews. IN HIS LIFE: In addition, other family members include; his granddaughter, Julie Ann, who he called his best pain medicine; and best friend and life partner, Mary. Mr. Sullivan was an avid Yankee fan and as a young boy he would sneak into Yankee Stadium to enjoy the games. He was outgoing and made friends wherever he went. He will be greatly missed by those who loved him but kept alive by their memories. SERVICES: Calling hours will be Friday, June 26, from 12 Noon – 2 P.M. and in the evening from 5 – 8 P.M., at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union Street, in Manchester.
