Robert M. Tremblay, 58, of 152 Dunbar Street, died June 4, 2000, at Elliot Hospital after sustaining injuries in a bicycle accident. He was born in Hartford, Connecticut on October 25, 1941, the son of the late Maurice and Madeleine (Marquis) Tremblay and had been a resident of Manchester for most of his life. He was in the Army National Guard and was called to active duty in 1960. Robert was currently a member of the NH Ski Club, the over the hill club, the Appalacian Mountain Club, past member of the Drum and Bugle Corps and Snowshoe Club of the Alpine Club and was active in boy scouting. He was a machinist with Osram Sylvania in Danvers, Ma. , since 1988. Robert was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church. Family members include a son Brian Tremblay of Middelboro, Ma., a daughter Rhonda Koska of West Brookfield, Ma., two grandchildren, three sisters, Jeannine Goyette of Pelham, NH, Denise Farrell of Manchester, NH and Diane Dore of Bedford, NH., an aunt, an uncle, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday morning at 10 o'clock in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in the family lot in St. Augustin Cemetery.
