Roberta E. “Bobbie” (Dionne) Miller, 54, of Gilford, passed away at her residence on October 31, 2010.

She was born in Manchester on September 25, 1956, the daughter of Madeleine (Caron) (Dionne) Blake and the late Carol Dionne. She grew up in Bedford and was a 1975 graduate of West High School. She was a 20 year resident of Wolfeboro before moving to Gilford two months ago. She loved to hike, do crafts, make stained glass and walk her dog Sport. But most of all, she enjoyed taking care of her two children.

In Her Life: Family members include her daughter, Jennifer Miller of Wolfeboro; her son, Jonathan Miller of Gilford, her mother, Madeleine (Caron) (Dionne) Blake and her husband Albert of Amherst; her brother, Ken Dionne and his wife Candice of Amherst; four sisters, Donna Holden of Bow, Mickie Moore of Atlanta, GA, Sandy Crowell of Bedford and Christine Post of TN; and many nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts and cousins.

A celebration of her life will take place on Wednesday November 17, from 5 to 8 PM at the Gilford Community Church, Fellowship Hall, Gilford, NH. Donations may be made in her memory to the Lakes Region Conservation Trust, PO Box 766, Center Harbor, NH 03226. Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium is in charge of arrangements.
