R. Charles Bouchard, 60, died surrounded by his loving family on August 31, 2022 at his home in Deerfield.
Charlie was born in Manchester on August 16, 1962 to Francis and Theresa (Royer) Bouchard. He grew up in Manchester and enjoyed a lifetime of adventures, from camping and off-roading to boating and fishing. He will be long remembered by his outrageous tales of these adventures and his zest for life.
Charlie spent most of his working years in the construction field, eventually becoming a Project Manager in Boston, MA. He loved his work and carried on an eye for architecture in his numerous home projects, creating works of beauty and grandeur. Among his many accomplishments, Charlie also found pride and hilarity in becoming a member of MENSA.
He was married to the love of his life, Kathleen (Sullivan) Bouchard on June 14, 2013. He is also survived by his three children, Jonathan Bouchard and his wife Kayla Michali, and grandson Theodore Bouchard of Portland, ME; Veronica Bouchard of Baltimore, MD; and Alexandria (Bouchard) Cote and her husband Jonathan of Manchester.
He is predeceased by his father Francis and his brother Eric. He is survived by his mother Theresa and his sisters Kathy Morley and Darlene Raymond, brother Mark Bouchard, and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 8th at 4:00pm at the Congregational Church of Amherst, 11 Church St., Amherst, NH. Fellowship and refreshments to follow in the church’s Community Room on the first floor. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend.
