Robin L. Martin, 61, of Danville, passed away on July 3, 2023. She was the loving wife of Paul Martin, with whom she shared over 23 years of marriage.
Robin was born in Rome, New York to the late Robert and Janice (Laquerre) Lenz. In her youth, she lived in several different places including Okinawa, Japan, Portsmouth, NH, and Nashua, NH. She met the love of her life, Paul, in 1999 during a co-ed softball game and after they married, they settled in Danville, NHto begin their life together. Robin was very athletic growing up. As a young girl she was involved in dance and gymnastics. She loved to roller skate with her sisters and rode her bike just about everywhere. Robin was an avid beach goer; she especially loved watching the waves and surfers at Jenness Beach in Rye. Robin worked for Digital Corporation for many years. For the past six years she has been a dedicated employee of Finance Department at for Charles River Associates. Her various jobs allowed her to travel for business to places like Ireland and Scotland. She and Paul traveled often to Aruba and Las Vegas, and took a really memorable trip to Hawaii with her parents. Although she enjoyed traveling and trips to the beach, Robin’s most favorite pastime was hanging out at June Street with her parents, her husband, and siblings playing cards and board games, cooking burgers on the grill and sharing a drink with her Dad. Her passing has left a hole in her family’s heart, and she will be sorely missed.
Along with her husband Paul, Robin is survived by her siblings, Melanie Lenz of North Carolina, Brenda Schmieder of Concord, and Curt Lenz and his fiancé Desiree Jubinville of Nashua; nephews, Matthew and Joshua Cauthren; and niece Emily Schmieder.
