Roger Bergeron, 79, of Manchester, died September 21, 2008 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack. He was born in Manchester on March 5, 1929, the son of Eugene and Angeline (Martineau) Bergeron and had lived for 33 years in Goffstown before moving back to Manchester. He had worked for Silver Brothers for 14 years until his retirement. He was a Korean War Army Veteran. He had been a member of the League of One Thousand Men of Precious Blood Monastery and was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church. Family members include his wife of 58 years, Beatrice Bergeron; two sons, Dennis Bergeron and Kenneth Bergeron, both of New Boston; four grandchildren; and several nephews, nieces and cousins.
