Roger R. Boisse, 80, of 595 Fairfield Street, died October 29, 2005 at the Elliot Hospital. He was born in Brockton, MA on March 5, 1925, the son of Eugene and Antonio (Daoust) Boisse and had been a Manchester resident for over seventy years. He was a Korean War Army Veteran. He was a machinist for Sanders Associate and retired from BAE Systems as a methods engineer after thirty years of service. He was an avid skeet shooter and was a founding member of the 20th Skeet and Clays Sportsmans Club. He enjoyed skeet shooting for over 42 years, had held an AA average, and was inducted into the New Hampshire Skeet Shooters Hall of Fame. He also enjoyed bowing and working in his workshop. He was a parishioner of St. Catherine Church. He was predeceased by two infant sons, Ronald E. Boisse and Randall E. Boisse. Family members include his wife of 52 years, Florence (Farris) Boisse; a son, Roger F. Boisse of Auburn; a daughter, Michele Boisse of Alexandria, VA; three grandchildren; a sister, Lorette Lithgow of FL; and several nephews, nieces and cousins. Calling hours are at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Tuesday from 4 to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday morning at 10:00 in St. Catherine Church. Burial with military honors will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
