Roger J. Gamache

Roger J. Gamache, 46 of Manchester, died suddenly of natural causes on May 11, 2002, at his residence. He was born in Omerville, Quebec, Canada on June 10, 1955, the son of the late Jean-Claude and Marie Ann (Bellegrade) Gamache and had been a resident of this area for the past 21 years. Roger was a graduate of Lowell High School Class of 1973 and attended the University of Massachusetts in Lowell, Ma. He was an acitive member of St. Anthony's Parish, Manchester, NH. Mr. Gamache was employed by Lockheed Martin in Chelmsford, Ma., as a microwave engineer. He previously worked for Robinson Laboratories in Nashua, NH. Family members include his wife of 26 years Ann Marie (O'Beirne) Gamache of Manchester, two daughters, Diana Gamache of Nottingham, NH and Christine Gamache of Manchester, a son James Gamache of Manchester, two sisters, Marcelle Sterritt of Newton and Johanne Conlin of Merrimack, MA; four brothers, Jean-Guy Gamache of Chelmsford, Ma., Jean-Yves Gamache, Paul Gamache and Michael Gamache all of Lowell, Ma., several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock in St. Anthony Church. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
