Roland A, Proulx

Roland A. Proulx, 93, of Manchester, passed away on June 10, 2016 at the Golden View Health Care Center in Meredith.

He was born in Manchester on August 17, 1922, the son of Adjutor and Ludivine (Deslauriers) Proulx. He owned and operated Roland Proulx Landscaping for over 30 years. He was a well known and loved individual in the community for many years.

Family members include his wife of 71 years, Rachel (DesRochers) Proulx; five children, Susan Y. Bruce and her husband Otis of Center Harbor, Ronald Proulx and his wife Suzanne of Manchester, Dennis Proulx and Michele Brown of Laconia, Sylvia Heinonen of Meredith, and Pamela Dussault of Hood River, OR; 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 3 three great great grandchildren; and many nephews, nieces and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 10:00 in Ste. Marie Church. Committal services will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.
