RONALD S. BESAW
LISBON, NH – Ronald S. Besaw, 81, of Mount Eustis Road passed away peacefully in his home on Monday, February 5th.
Ronald was born in Barnet, Vermont on December 11, 1936, the son of Delos and Ruby (Stannard) Besaw. He served in the U. S. Army from 1955 to 1958.
He was employed by Sweets Wood Handle Factory for 34 years. In his younger years Ronald enjoyed gardening, working outside, camping, fishing, hunting, doing his woodworking in his workshop, and his Boston Red Sox.
Surviving family members include a daughter Cindy and husband Mike Richards of Lisbon, NH, a son Don and wife Catherine Besaw of Lisbon, NH, a daughter Cathy Besaw of Littleton, NH, three grandchildren Michael Jr., Jaime and Chris, eight great-grandchildren, one sister Arlene Defosse of Lunenburg, VT, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife of 59 years, Cecelia M. (Greenwood) Besaw.
SERVICES – A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held on May 4, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Grove Hill Cemetery in Lisbon for both Ronald and Cecelia.
