Rosa passed peacefully in the presence of her loving family on Tuesday March 21, 2023, at 60 years old. She is now resting with her Heavenly Father.
She was born in Managua, Nicaragua on April 19, 1962, to mother, Concepcion Perez, father, Jose Lopez, and stepfather Juan Perez. She is survived by her mother, brother Roberto Lopez and sisters Dina Gonzalez & Geysel Lopez; Her four daughters Susana Sanchez, Sandra Cabana, Ana Hernandez & Patricia Archibald; Her wonderful Son's in Law: Moses Sanchez & Joseph Cabana. Her 9 adored grandchildren Carlos DiGaetano, Juliana Sanchez, Kylie, Dominic, Malina, Emmanuel, Jacob, Elianna and Kasey. She also has many loved nieces, nephews, cousins and family including her aunt.
Rosa embodied a servant heart. She often went above and beyond in helping the underprivileged of the Manchester community for over 20 years. As a health care professional and social worker, she was an advocate for women and children. Her work and devotion had a lasting impact on those who had the pleasure of knowing her. She will be greatly missed by many friends, colleagues and families that she has helped and cared for.
She leaves behind her spirit of love, selflessness, compassion and hard work. She was strong, resilient and overcame many adversities throughout her life. Her strength came from her faith in God and her family. She had a fun-loving spirit and loved to laugh; her laugh was memorable! One of the many ways she showed her love was through cooking and sharing her famous empanadas.
Her services will be held on Saturday, March 25th at Phaneuf Funeral Home on Hanover St in Manchester, NH. The ceremony will be held from 5pm to 7pm for close friends, coworkers and those impacted by Rosa's love.
