Rose L. Pratte

Rose L. Pratte, 74, of 307 Laurel Street, Manchester, died April 20, 2003, at the Elliot Hospital. She was born in Manchester, NH on June 12, 1927, the daughter of the late Paul J. and Maria (Dubois) Lavertu and had been a resident of Manchester for most of her life. Rose retired from Pandora after 10 years of service. She loved gardening, having plants in her home and enjoyed reading. Family members include four sons, Roger Pratte, Richard Pratte, Michael Pratte, all of Manchester and Thomas Pratte of Barnstead, NH, four daughters, Elaine Gray of Weare, Susan Paille, Yvette LeBlanc and Marie Pratte, all of Manchester, 17 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, two brothers, Leo Lavertu of Milton, Florida and Marcel Lavertu of Ocala, Florida, two sisters; Lea Grimard and Lorraine Lord, both of Manchester, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, Wednesday evening from 6 to 9. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday morning at 10 o'clock. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
