Rosemary B. Pappas

Rosemarie Blanche Pappas (78) of Hudson NH, passed away on August 5^th, 2022 after a long period of illness. She was born on April 10, 1944 to the late Arthur & Evelyn (Desrochers) Label in Lynn, MA.

Born and raised in Lynn, Rosemarie would later move to Hudson, NH in 1963 where she would reside for the rest of her life. With many friends and close family nearby, Rosemarie loved living in Hudson where she could enjoy the slower, simpler joys of life. Those who knew Rosemarie will remember mother, grandmother, friend and caretaker to many. She was a bright light among her family and will be dearly loved and missed by all whose lives she touched. Family was everything to Rosemarie.

Besides her love for her family, Rosemarie loved the simple pleasure of life. A good crossword puzzle, an easy word search, an episode of Everybody Loves Raymond, or an afternoon spent with the people she loved, Rosemarie was never wanting for much. Memories of her in her chair, crossword puzzle and blanket on lap, and a glass of water on the side table will not be soon forgotten.

Rosemarie is predeceased by her son Richard Martinez, nephew Stephen Roberto as well as her 6 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter Denise Bellows and her husband Carl; daughter Nicole Trenholm and her husband David; grandchildren Jesse, Cory, Amana, Jacob, Noah & David Jr. who loved Rosemarie immensely; great grandchildren Rebecca & Jase; beloved grand-cats Olaf & Mittens; as well as extended family members and friends.

Donations in Rosemarie’s memory can be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.

A private celebration of Rosemarie’s life will be held at a later date.
