Rowena Elsie "Peggy" Dicey

Rowena Elsie "Peggy" (Sturtevant) Dicey, 64, of Manchester, died December 25, 2008. She was born on July 10, 1944 in Grafton, NH to Frederick and Bessie (Morse) Sturtevant. She enjoyed playing guitar and listening to music, expecially Johnny Cash. She loved to spend time with family and friends. Rowena had a strong personality and a great ability to make people laugh. Family members include three sons; David Dicey, Richard Dicey and Anthony Dicey, all of Manchester; two daughters; Cynthia (Glancy) Dicey of Center Barnstead and Mrs. Baljinder (Pamela) Singh, of Manchester, with whom she resided with, two brothers; Wilbur Sturtevant of Tilton and Frank Sturtevant of Manchester; one sister, Rosalie Dicey of Laconia, many grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. SERVICES: Relatives and friends may call at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM, with a service in the funeral home at 8 PM.
