Ruth Ann (Dupont) Champagne, 76, of Manchester, surrounded by family and friends, passed away at the Elliot Hospital on August 17, 2019.
She was born in Manchester on November 29, 1942, the daughter of the late Frank and Beatrice (Brunelle) Dupont. She spent many years as an administrative assistant for YDC earlier in her career. Her passions included playing bingo with friends and celebrating her faith at The Salvation Army. She was the widow of the love of her life, Roger Champagne, who died in 2002. Together, Ruth and Roger lovingly raised five boys.
Family members include five sons, Roland Champagne and his wife Michelle of Allenstown, Mark Myers and his wife Christine of Canterbury, Raymond Champagne and his wife Deborah of Columbia, SC, Robert Champagne and his wife Deborah of Manchester, and Randy Champagne of Manchester; eight grandchildren, Heather, Crystal, Benjamin, Raymond Jr., Chantelle, Cassondra, Paul, and Peter; four great grandchildren, Colten, Julien, Amare, and Bentley; a sister, Terry Martineau of Manchester; and nephews, nieces, and cousins.
