Ruth Willis Ober

Ruth Willis Ober, 86, of Campbellsville, KY, formerly of Lisbon went to be with her Lord Wednesday, October 21, 2009. Ruth was born the daughter of Henry and Bertha (Brolier) Willis in Dudley, MA, February 17, 1923. She and her late husband George Alfred Ober, Jr. were the owners of Obers Knotty Pine Cabins. Ruth was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. She is survived by her son and his wife George and Flora Ober III of Campbellsville, KY and sister Joyce Thorpe of Newburn, NC, 2 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by 2 brothers and 5 sisters. Calling hours will be held 6-8 Monday, October 26 at Keller & Pillsbury Funeral Home, 101 Union St., Littleton, NH. The Funeral will be held at 1 pm, Tuesday, October 27 at the Twin Mt. Baptist Church, Rt. 3, Twin Mt., NH with Interment to follow at Green Grove Cemetery, in Ashland with Rev. Chad Owen officiating.
