Ruth Ann (Christian) Thibeault; 73, of Manchester, died June 1, 2006 at her residence. She was born in Manchester on August 6, 1932, the daughter of Elizabeth Christian and had been a lifelong resident of the City. She was a 1950 graduate of St. Joseph High School where she had been a cheerleader, and was still an active member of the schools reunion committee. She had worked at Leavitts Department Store in the office. After that, she was a loan officer for Manchester Federal Savings Bank. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Cathedral. She was actively involved with her children and grandchildren and had many passions including going to the beech, playing scrabble and making puzzles. She was the widow of Francis J. Thibeault who died in 2001. Family members include three sons, Christopher F. Thibeault, Scott F. Thibeault and Douglas F. Thibeault all of Manchester; two daughters, Cynthia T. Thibeault of Hooksett and Catherine F. Thibeault of Manchester; nine grandchildren; and several nephews, nieces and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Tuesday from 4 to 7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday morning at 11:00 AM in St. Joseph Cathedral. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
