Samantha Lillian Lamothe, 22, of Manchester and Venice, FL, died Wednesday, June 18, 2008 following a brief illness. Born on August 9, 1985, in Manchester, NH, she was the daughter of Paul Lamothe of Manchester and Christine Young-Belisle of Litchfield.. She was a resident of Manchester for most of her life. Miss Lamothe was a graduate of West High School, in Manchester. She then attended Manatee Community College. She was a full time student and ran her own successful cleaning business in Florida. She was a brilliant artist and enjoyed drawing, sketching, painting and painting pottery. Miss Lamothe had great writing skills and liked to write. She was very athletic and enjoyed many activities which include; surfing, biking, roller blading, dancing and yoga. She liked the outdoors and enjoyed camping, and going to the beach. Samantha also enjoyed playing board games, especially scrabble. Miss Lamothe loved her 2 dogs Ami & Stoli. She was a caring and giving person, loved by all. She did extensive volunteer work. Members of her family include her father, Paul Lamothe and his fiancé Shatryce Bowen, of Manchester; her mother, Christine Young-Belisle and Donald Belisle of Litchfield; her brother Jonathan Lamothe of MAnchester, her maternal grandparents, Freeman and Theresa Young, of Venice, FL; Gary and Lillian Kenney, of Manchester; her paternal grandparents, Gladys Lamothe, of Manchester Eddie-late (Lamothe), 3 step brothers, Nino and Roman Mastrangelo of Methuen and Donnie Belisle Jr. of Litchfield, niece and several aunts, uncles and cousins. IN HER LIFE: She is also survived by a niece, Aubree Lea Lamothe, and her best friend, Kristopher Kopacz, of Sarasota, FL; and special friend Candace Santillanes. SERVICES: Calling hours will be Sunday, June 22, 2008 from 11 A.M. – 1 P.M. at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 250 Coolidge Avenue, in Manchester. A funeral service will follow at 1 P.M. in the funeral home.Arrangements are under the direction of Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Manchester.
