Sandra M. Charpentier

Sandra M. Charpentier, 64, of Westfield, MA died on Thursday, May 7, 2020 at the Governor's Center, in Westfield, MA.
Known by friends and family as "Marie", she was born on June 7, 1955, in Manchester, NH, the daughter of the late Roger and Venance (Mahair) Charpentier. She was raised in Manchester and attended local schools. She later became popular for her event organization for adult dances.
She was an exuberant woman who loved to find a good bargain and could make anyone keel over in laugher with her silly and inappropriate joking.
Marie had a love for cooking, baking, and crafting as well as passion for sewing and creating her own clothes. Sharing her talents with her children and grandchildren. All who know and love her will remember her Christmas cookies, Thanksgiving meat pie and red soup!
Her grandchildren were the pride and joy of her life. The legacy of their Grammy's spiritual nature, kind heart, unconditional love and her zest for life will live on through them.
Members of her family include; her daughter, Alisa Houle, of Chicopee, MA; her son, Jared Woodman, of Manchester, NH; one brother, William Bordeleau, of Manchester, NH; four sisters, Betty Fortin, of Londonderry, NH; Cathy Durham, of Manchester, NH; Melissa Cadorette, of Littleton, MA and Lori Pal of Candia, NH; Grandchildren, Kamryn Belanger; Iysis Woodman; Adalynn Woodman; Zayden Woodman; Julieanna Chainey; Savannah Houle; Killian Houle. She also leaving behind many friends and family who loved her dearly.
SERVICES: Services will be private. Interment will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, in Manchester, NH.
