Shirley Ann Godfrey

Shirley Ann Godfrey, 67, of Manchester died September 22, 2005 at Catholic Medical Center following a lengthy illness. Shirley was born on August 22, 1938 in Goffstown the daughter of Paul and Beatrice (Watts) Lavallee. She was a dedicated homemaker who centered her life around her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will always be remembered. In her leisure time Shirley enjoyed doing her puzzle books. Family members include; one son, Daniel Bureau of Manchester; four daughters, Cheryl Bureau of Manchester, Marie Briggs of Michigan, Tina Bureau and Cynthia Godfrey both of Manchester; several step children; 17 grandhcildren; 13 step grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; three sisters Mrs. Paul (Joan) Beliveau of Manchester, Carole Abbott of Concord and Mrs. Ernest (Phyliss) Robichaud of Manchester; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Alton J. Godfrey who died in 1984. There will be a Graveside Service on Tuesday, September 27th at 11:00 a.m. at Pine Grove Cemetery.
