Shirley T. L'Heureux

Shirley T. L’Heureux, 74, of Auburn, died May 29, 2006 at Kindred Hospital in Peabody, MA. She was born in Manchester on February 29, 1932, the daughter of Ernest and Alice (O’Brien) L’Heureux and had been a lifelong resident of the area. She had worked for Sears Roebuck and Company as a catalogue department manager, retiring after 38 years of service. She enjoyed knitting and reading. Family members include her son, Robert L’Heureux of Auburn; one granddaughter and two great grandchildren and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM. A funeral service will take place in the funeral home chapel on Friday morning at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
