Shirley M. (Jones) Robbins, 80, of Concord, passed away on November 27, 2015 at Concord Hospital.

She was born in Wareham, MA on November 4, 1935, the daughter of Herbert and Albina (Bachard) Jones. She lived in Buzzards Bay, MA for many years and had been a resident of Rutland, VT from 2005 until September, 2015 when she and her husband moved to Concord. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, helping raise her youngest grandchild, Brenda. She will be remembered for her great sense of humor.

Family members include her husband of 61 years, George D. Robbins, Sr.; a son, George D. Robbins Jr. and his wife Cynthia of Dunbarton; two daughters, Jeanne Roy and her husband Dave of Pembroke, and Susan Delorey of Concord; five grandchildren, Jamie, Diana, Heather, Caitlin, and Brenda; five great grandchildren; a brother, Junior Jones of Roxboro, NC; and nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 172 King St., Boscawen on Wednesday morning from 10:00 AM until Noon. Committal services will take place in the chapel of the NH State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen on Wednesday at 12:30 PM. To view an online memorial or more information, go to www.phaneuf.net.
