Simone Gagne, 92, formerly of 12 Pinard Street, Goffstown, died February 22, 2000, at St. Teresa Manor after a long illness. She was born in St. Johnsbury, Vermont on July 7, 1907, the daughter of Adolphe and Anastasie (Dubois) Dumas and had been a resident of Pinardville since 1953. She was the widow of Louis Gagne. Simone ran Gala awards for many years with her husband's trophy company. She was an active parishioner of St. Edmond Church. Family members include her step daughter, Mrs. Leo (Rachel) LeBlanc of Spring Hill, Florida, two step grandchildren, a brother, Leo Paul Dumas of Manchester, two sisters, Mrs. Veronica Duhamel and Mrs. Marie Anne Blanchette, both of Manchester, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Callings hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, Thursday evening from 6 to 9. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning at 9 o'clock in St. Edmond Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery
