Stephen Wayne Bowden

Stephen Wayne Bowden, on of Doris R. Bowden and the late Leander E. Bowden, was born on December 30, 1962 and died on May 1, 2007. He was a lifelong resident of Manchester. Stephen was a graduate of Jolicoeur and Easter Seals Schools, and was very proud to be attending Springfield College, Manchester campus. He worked many years at the Elliot Hospital in the dietary department. Stephen was known for his love of music and knew the words to every song that played. He had a great sense of humor and always looked forward to spending time with family and friends. Stephen enjoyed the outdoors, traveling throughout New England and camping with his nephew, Dana Constant. Stephen is survived by his mother of Manchester; his sisters, LeeAnn Kirk of Deerfield, Kathleen Martin of Warner, Denise Laliberte of Bedford, Karen Asselin of Manchester, Janice Donnelly of Boston, MA and Sandra Towle of Candia; his brothers, Gary Bowden of Manchester, Bruce Vandal of Mystic, CT and Donald Vandal of Manchester and many nieces and nephews. Following cremation, private family service will be held.
