STEPHEN L. GRECO
BETHLEHEM, NH -- Stephen L. Greco, 61, of Bethlehem, NH, passed away December 26th, 2006 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center following complications due to heart disease.
Stephen was born on November 21st, 1945 in Brooklyn, NY to Leonard Greco and Helen (Latorre) Greco. Stephen was a member of the last graduating class of Bethlehem High School in Bethlehem, NH. Following graduation, Stephen attended The School of Performing Arts in New York City.
Stephen proudly served his country in the US Navy from 1965 - 1969. During this time, he served on the USS Jamestown and in Taipei, Taiwan. Following his military service, he moved to Washington, DC where he began a 20 year career with the Federal Government, which included assignments in Stockholm, Sweden and Ottawa, Canada. Stephen retired from the Federal Service in 1995, and returned to Bethlehem, NH, where he was employed in the hospitality business.
Stephen is survived by his 3 children: Betina Greco of Henniker, NH, Lydia Greco of Spofford, NH and Leonard Greco of Brooklyn, NY. His parents and older brother, Leonard Greco predeceased him. Stephen was loved by his family and friends and will be dearly missed.
SERVICES -- The family will receive friends on Friday, December 29th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Pillsbury Funeral Home, 101 Union Street, Littleton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 30th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Marcel Martel as Celebrant. Burial will follow in the St. Rose Cemetery.
